Today, Monday 20th January, is known as the most depressing day of the year, hence Blue Monday. The Christmas and New Year cheer has been and gone, and it feels like we are on the 100th day of January!

Mental Health Matters, not just today but every day!
Our, aptly named, Green Room at JJX Logistics is dedicated to the mental health and wellbeing of staff. Stacey, our HR Coordinator, is also a mental health first aider and is there to support staff whenever they need.
We are big supporters of Mental Health and consistently help Dudley Mind in raising awareness. Taking part in many fundraisers and even organising our own. The next big Dudley Mind event is the Mind Ride, an annual motorcycle ride taking place on 29th March at Himley Hall. Our Golf Day is yet to be confirmed, but we will keep you in the loop.
