The conference agenda featured expert speakers and panellists from a wide range of respected organisations including the Central Police Bureau of Investigation, Amazon, Philip Morris International, DHL Supply Chain, Procter & Gamble, the Polish‑Asian Chamber of Commerce and MCG Group. This diverse mix of perspectives created open and insightful discussions that were both practical and directly relevant to real‑world transport operations.

Key topics included TAPA’s role in strengthening transport and supply chain security as well as guidance on designing safe and secure transport operations particularly for carriers working towards TAPA Standards certification. Sessions also explored the realities of secure transport operations in Poland and across Europe, highlighting how emerging threats are reshaping risk profiles for high‑value and time‑critical loads.

One of the most valuable elements for our team was the focus on moving from theory to action and examining how organisations are transitioning from TAPA TSR requirements to practical, effective security solutions. Discussions around organised crime in road transport and proven counter‑strategies reinforced the importance of layered security, strong processes, and well‑trained people.
