JJX Logistics were immensely proud to once again deliver smiles taking part in the vibrant Birmingham Pride parade, marking over a decade of continued support for one of the UK’s largest LGBTQ+ celebrations. This year we partnered with IKEA UK to bring a truly eye-catching addition to the parade.
One of our trucks was transformed into a colourful, beautifully decorated float, turning heads as it made its way through the city streets. With colleagues and partners from IKEA aboard, the atmosphere was electric filled with music, celebration, and a strong sense of unity.
The parade route took us past some of Birmingham’s most recognisable landmarks, including the iconic Bullring area and along bustling city centre streets, where thousands of spectators gathered to show their support. The energy from the crowds was incredible, reflecting the inclusive and welcoming spirit that Pride represents.
Birmingham Pride is more than just a celebration, it is an important platform that promotes equality, diversity, and acceptance. At JJX these values resonate strongly with our own commitment to creating an inclusive environment for our people, partners and the communities we serve. We are honoured to continue supporting such a meaningful event which is now coming into it's 30th year and to stand alongside organisations like IKEA UK in celebrating love, individuality, and pride.
