UP FOR AUCTION – DAF Wolves Inspired ‘Sir Jack’ Truck

Our Wolverhampton Wanderers inspired  Sir Jack DAF truck is going up to auction on Friday 18^th September.

The Sir Jack Wolves tractor unit will be going up for auction on Friday 18th September and have a reserve of £15,600 but every pound over that will go to Breast Cancer Now via the Legacy4Lucy charity.

The Legacy4Lucy foundation was started by Jason Guy in memory of his wife Lucy who sadly passed away in 2015 aged 33 from breast cancer. His fundraising has surpassed £200,000 and now we are hoping to help him tip the £250,000 with our auction. All funds raised by the foundation are donated to Breast Cancer Now who provide world-class research and life-changing care for people affected by breast cancer.

As we are unsure that we are going to be able to run an event to raise money this year, we thought that this was the next best thing. Considering that the coronavirus has put a stop to many events and has made it incredibly hard for charities to fundraise.

The Sir Jack Wolves tractor 

This infamous vehicle has been a working truck for JJX logistics and has travelled all around the country, collecting and delivering many types of goods. Truck spotters are also big fans, Wolves supporter or not. It is definitely one that stands out from the crowd.
